The matters above-mentioned have been filed by Mr. B.K. Prasad, Advocate, on behalf of the Petitioners against the Final Order dated 27th November, 2015 of the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan at Jodhpur in D.B. Civil Writ Petition Nos. 2945 and 2916 of 2010. There is delay of 19 and 17 days in filing the SLPs, respectively.

It is submitted that Civil Appeal No. 1978 of 2007 arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court along with other connected matters on 9th October, 2015 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to allow the appeals. Judgment in the said Appeals is reported in 2016 (1) SCC 780 and 2015 (10) SCALE 618.

It is further submitted that Review Petiton (C) No. 233 of 2016 in Civil Appeal No. 1978 of 2007 was also circulated to the Hon'ble Judges in Chambear along with connected Review Petitions on 9th March, 2016 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to dismiss the same. Copy of the Order dated 9th March, 2016 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is lastly submitted that SLP (C) CC No. 6009 of 2016 has been tagged with SLP (C) CCNo. 5910 of 2016 as both are arising out of similar issue.

The matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report Dated this the 1st Day of April, 2016.
