Be filed within four weeks' time. With respect to unserved respondents in all these petitions herein, affidavit of serving them by dasti is still awaited.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has mentioned that same has been filed as on date. Registry to take the same on record. None is however present in the Court.

SLP(C) No. 19969 of 2014 Respondent nos. 1 to 4 have yet to file the counter affidavit. Be filed within four weeks' time as last opportunity. Names of respondent nos. 5 to 8 have already been deleted vide the order of Hon'ble Court dated 20.11.2014.
