Respondent Nos.1 to 4 in SLP(C) No.19969/2014 were permitted to be served through the respective standing counsel. The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has mentioned that the notice has duly been served. The proof thereof shall be filed during the course of the day. None is present, however, as on date.

The matter be processed as per directions of the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers vide order dated 24.4.2015.

In SLP(C) No.23534-23537/2014, counter affidavit on behalf of all the eight respondents is still awaited. Be filed within four weeks' time.
