UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R It has not been disputed that appellant no. 2 Sharvana @ Sambhar is in custody for 12 years and 2 days. Having heard the

counsel for the parties & taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, that the the appellant no. 1 - Nadeem @ Madeem Pasha had already granted bail, we are inclined to suspend the sentence of the appellant no. 2 and to grant bail. We accordingly, direct that the appellant no. 2 in CRL.M.P. No. 2661- 2663 of 2014, namely, Sharvana @ Sambhar be released on bail, subject to -2-

furnishing bail bonds for the sum of Rs.20,000/- with two surities of the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court. The Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are disposed of.
