O R D E R

It has not been disputed that appellant no. 1 Nadeem @ Madeem Pasha had already undergone judicial custody for 2 years 11 months and 5 days and further period of 9 years 5 months and 17 days after the pronouncement of judgment. Having heard the counsel for the parties & taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, we are inclined to suspend the sentence of the appellant no. 1 and to grant bail. We accordingly, direct that the appellant no. 1 in CRL.M.P. No. 10743-10745 of 2013, namely, Nadeem @ Madeem Pasha be released on bail, subject to furnishing bail bonds for the sum of Rs.20,000/- with two surities of the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.

The Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are disposed of.
