SLP (C) No. 22300 and 23837 of 2014

There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Special Leave Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution."

It is submitted that Dr. Kailash Chand, Advocate has on 26.05.2015, filed application for restoration in the both matters after obtaining no objection from the erstwhile adovate. The application is barred by time by 135 days. Counsel for the petitioner has also filed application for condonation of delay in this regard alongwith Vakalatnama in both SLPs.

It is further submitted that both SLP paperbooks have been weeded out after due preservation and Counsel has filed fresh SLP paperbooks.
