The Special Leave Petition above mentioned has been filed by Dr. Kailash Chand, Advocate against the Judgement and Order dated 24.09.2014 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Patna in LPA No. 1582 of 2011 in CWJC No. 15152 of 2009.

It is submitted for information of Hon'ble Court that Special Leave Petition SLP(C) No. 35375/2014 arising out of common order in which Hon'ble Court has on 05.01.2015 directed notice and tag with SLP(C) 28306 of 2014 and same is pending before Hon'ble Court (copy enclosed).

It is further submitted that in view of his undertaking, counsel has not filed copy of order dated 06.10.2009 and an officereport on default was listed before the Hon'ble Judgeinchamber on 05.05.2015 when His Lordship was pleased to pass the following order:

"The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that copy of order dated 06.10.2009 is not required for this petition.

This submission is taken on record. Proceed the matter as per Rules."
