The matters abovementioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 12.012.2014 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Issue notice returnable in four weeks. Dasti, in addition, is permitted. Mr. Ranjan Mukherjee, advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 1. It is made clear that pendency of special leave petition shall not come in the way of petitioner to settle the dispute with the tenants."

Accordingly show cause notice returnable on 02.02.2015 was issued on 26.12.2014 to all the 8 respondents by registered AD Post as well as by Dasti.

Mr. Wajeeh Shafiq, Advocate has filed vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent No. 2 to 7, in this regard.

It is submitted that respondent No. 2 has executed the vakalatnama on behalf of himself and for respondent No. 3, but General Power of Authority has not been filed the counter affidavit o behalf of respondent No. 2 to 7 has also not filed.

It is further submitted that Mr. Ranjan Mukherjee, Advocate who has already entered caveat on behalf of Respondent No. 1 has also not filed vakalatnama, so far.

It is further submitted that Ms. Dharitry Phookan,

Advocate has filed an application for striking on name of

respondent No. 8 from the array of the parties which is to be listed before the Hon'ble Judgeinchamber.

It is submitted that Mr. Gaurav Kejriwal, Advocate has on 19.01.2015 filed vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent No. 5 in SLP(C) No. 18265 of 2013 and respondent No. 4 in SLP(C) No. 18266 of 2013 (SMIFS Capital Market Ltd. Commons in both SLPs) alongwith "No Objection" obtained from Mr. Rahul Pratap, Advocate. He has also filed an application for directions. The said applications has been registered as IA Nos. 2324.

It is further submitted that Mr. Gaurav Kejriwal, Advocate has on 19.01.2015 also filed applications for impleadment as party respondent. But the same is defective for the reasons that he has not filed vakalatnama on behalf of the impleading party. The same is placed with the SLP paperbooks as unregistered.

It is further submitted that IA Nos. 2324 (application for directions) were mentioned before the Hon'ble court on 27.01.2015 when the court was pleased to pass the following order:

"As prayed for by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, put up these interlocutory application on 02.02.2015.

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
