Mr. Aakash Sirohi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the cavetor accepts notice in SLP (C) No.6013/2021.

There will be stay of the impugned order till the next date of hearing. However, we order that there will be stay of the further proceedings in Title Suit No. 71 of 2018 pending before Civil Judge, Jr. Division, Birbhumat at Suri till the next date of hearing.
