UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

On perusal of the Record of Proceedings, it appears that in all these batch of matters, the application for transposing some of the respondents as petitioners was placed before the Hon'ble Court on 4.3.2013 and on behalf of the State Authorities, the learned counsel had circulated a letter, praying for grant of time for filing counter affidavit, which was accordingly allowed by the Court with the further opportunity to the petitioner to file rejoinder affidavit, if any, within two weeks thereafter.

It is pertinent to note that despite acceptance of the notice (by circulation of the letter dated 2.3.2013) and grant of time by the Hon'ble Court, as referred above, no steps seem to have been taken by the learned counsel for these respondents till date.

As pointed out above, some of the respondents have been already transposed as the petitioners, as reflected from the aforesaid order passed on 4.3.2013.

No further steps required.

The matter be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court, as per rules.
