By this application, a prayer is made for transposing the applicant - proforma respondent N.7 as petitioner in SLP(C) NO.82 of 2013 arising out of L.P.A. No.2362/2011. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is still within limitation to file an

:2: independent special leave petition. However, since he has been impleaded as a proforma respondent, the present application has been made for being transposed as petitioner No.14. The prayer is allowed. I.A. No.6 of 2013 is disposed of accordingly.

Amended memo of parties name shall be filed within a week. I.A. NOS. 7-10 OF 2013 IN SLP(C) NOS.80-83 OF 2013

By these applications, a prayer is made for transposing the applicants as petitioners in SLP(C) NOS.80-83 of 2013 arising out of L.P.A. Nos.2355, 2361, 2362 and 2364 of 2011. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that the applicants are still within limitation to file independent special leave petitions. However, since they have been impleaded as proforma respondents, the present applications have been made for being transposed as petitioners. The prayer is allowed. I.A.
