The Hon'ble Judge in Chamber by order dated 8.10.2013 had granted four weeks' time to both the parties to file their respective statement of case with a direction that failing which the statement of case shall not be accepted. It is reported that the appellant has filed the statement of case.

Respondent has not filed the statement of case even now. It is submitted that HUDA one of the respondent in all the cases has filed the statement of case. The remaining respondents have not filed the statement of cases. Hence, list the matter before the Hon'ble Court with an office report indicating the non-filing of the statement of case by some of the respondents.
