It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there is a delay of 56 days in filing the Special Leave Petition filed against the Judgment and Order dated 06.05.2016 of the High Court of Bombay in PIL No. 76 of 2015, WP Nos. 1109, 1975 and 1314 of 2015.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed the undertaking documents (Copy of PIL No. 76 of 2015 as Annexure P6 at page Nos. 383 to 435) and the same has been included in the paperbooks.

It is lastly submitted that Special Leave Petition (C) No. 29523 of 2016 arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 30.09.2016 when the Court was pleased to direct issue notice and the same is pending before the Hon'ble Court (Copy of the order dated 30.09.2016 is enclosed herewith).
