The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 17th August,
2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:
"Permission to file the special leave petition is granted. Issue notice, returnable in six weeks. Ms. Aparna Bhat, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 1. Let respondent No. 2 be served with notice."
It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there are two respondents in the instant matter. Respondent No. 1 is represented through Ms. Aparna Bhatt, Advocate but she has not filed vakalatnama/appearance and counteraffidavit so far. Mr. Nishant R. Katneshwarkar, Advocate for respondent No. 2 has filed vakalatnama/appearance but he has not filed counteraffidavit so far.
It is further submitted that Mr. S. K. Verma, Advocate has filed an application for intervention which is registered as I. A. No. 3 and the same is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court. Ms. Bhargava V. Desai, Advocate has filed an application for impleadment to implead as party respondent alongwith vakalatnama/appearance

but counsel has not given address of the applicant. Hence, unregistered application is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

PETITIONS FOR SPECIAL LEAVE TO APPEAL (CIVIL) NOS. 26732, 26734, 26737, 24602 AND 26745 OF 2016
The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 02nd September, 2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:
"Permission to file the special leave petition is granted in SLP (C)CC No. 16206 of 2016. Delay condoned. Issue notice, returnable in six weeks. Dasti service, in addition, is permitted. Service through standing counsel is also permitted. The matters to be heard along with SLP (C)No.25017 of 2016."
SLP (C) NOS. 26732 AND 26734 OF 2016
It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there are six respondents in the instant matter. Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the six respondents by speed post as well as by dasti mode. Counsel for the petitioner has filed affidavit alongwith proof of dasti service stating therein that notice have been served on all the respondents. No one has entered appearance on their behalf in both the matters.

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there are five respondents in SLP (C) No. 26737 of 2016 and seven respondents in SLP (C) No. 24602 of 2016. Notice could not be issued on the above SLPs as counsel for the petitioners have not filed the spare copies so far.
It is further submitted that Mr. S. K. Verma, Advocate has filed an application for segregation of matter in SLP (C) No. 26737 of 2016 which is registered as I. A. No. 4 and the same is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.
SLP (C) NOS. 26745 OF 2016
It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that there are seven respondents. Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the seven respondents by speed post as well as by dasti mode. Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 are common with SLP (C) No. 26732 of
