It is submitted that pursuant to above quoted order, Mr. B. Balaji, Advocate has filed counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 3. Mr. Rakesh K. Sharma, Advocate has filed vakalatnama and appearance on behalf of respondent No. 4, but he has not filed counter affidavit.
