UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
The counsel submits that there has been a delay in entering appearance in the matter for the reason that the previous counsel engaged by the Section Proposition No.6 as AOR has declined to give NOC to enable him to bring his $\overline{\mathfrak{m}}$ ame on record.
$\mathcal{L}$ In view of the submission made hereinabove, the learned counsel is permitted to file his power of attorney on behalf of the respondent No.6 and respondent No.6 is directed to file an affidavit furnishing the details of the payments made so far to the private respondent Nos. 1-5 and the periods for which the payments have been made by filing a computed statement in respect of each of the respondents with a copy to the counsel for the respondent and the petitioner, within four weeks.

Reply affidavit to the said affidavit shall be filed by the petitioner and the private respondent within two weeks thereafter.
