It is submitted that counsel for the parties have not filed statement of case in any of the appeal so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the appellants in Civil Appeal Nos. 7440-41 of 2012 has filed application for directions alongwith annexure A-1 praying therein to direct the Gurudwara Committee to re-imburse the entire amount with interest of arrears to NDMC (Regd. as I.A. Nos. 1-2) and the same has been placed with appeal paper books.

It is further submitted that I.A. Nos. 4-6(application for early hearing) in Civil Appeal Nos. 7442-7444/2012 was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 14.02.2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"List the matter in the month of August, 2014.

I.A. Nos.4-6 for early hearing are disposed of." It is further submitted that counsel for the respondent has on 08.09.2016 filed an application for directions in Civil Appeal Nos. 7442-7444/2012 (Registered as I.A. Nos. 7-9) (Copy of the same is placed with appeal paper books.)
