The Special Leave Petition above-mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and order dated 29th January, 2016 of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh in Writ Petition No. 2439 of 2008. There is delay of 232 days in filing SLP and Counsel for the Petitioner has filed an application for condonation of delay in filing SLP.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that SLP (C) No. 15009 of 2016 arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 12th May, 2016, when the Hon'ble Court directed to issue of notice and granted stay. Now the matter is fixed for 11th January, 2017. (A copy of Record of Proceeding dated 12.05.2016 is enclosed herewith).

The aforesaid applications in the matter are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
