The Special Leave Petition above-mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 23rd December, 2015 of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh in W.A. No. 343 of 2015. There is delay of 209 days in filing the SLP and counsel has also filed an application for condonation of delay in filing the SLP.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that SLP (C) No.15009 of 2016 @ same Judgment was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 12th May, 2016, when the Hon'ble Court directed issue of notice and stay. Now, the matter is to be listed before Registrar's Court on 16th November, 2016.(A copy of Record of Proceedings dated 12th May, 2016 is enclosed herewith for kind perusal of Hon'ble Court)

The Special Leave Petition above-mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 23rd December, 2015 of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh in W.A. No. 343 of 2015. There is delay of 210 days in filing the SLP and counsel has also filed an application for condonation of delay in filing the SLP.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) ...CC No.21007 of 2016 tagged with SLP (C) ...CC No.20870 of 2016 as both are arising out of same Judgment.

SLP (C) ....CC No. 21046 of 2016:-

The Special Leave Petition above-mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 29th January, 2016 of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh in W.P. No. 36639 of 2014. There is delay of 35 days in filing the SLP and counsel has also filed an application for condonation of delay in filing the SLP.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that SLP (C) ...CC No.21046 of 2016 tagged with SLP (C) ...CC No.20870 of 2016 is arising out of relied upon Judgment by High Court.

SLP (C) ....CC No. 21167 of 2016:-

The Special Leave Petition above-mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 23rd December, 2015 of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh in W.A.
