The Special Leave Petition above mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 12th February, 2016 of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and State of Andhra Pradesh in W.P. No. 21781 of 2014.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that there is delay of 126 days in filing the Special Leave Petition and counsel for the Petitioner has also filed application for condonation of delay in filing Special Leave Petition.

It is further submitted that SLP(C) No. 17799 of 2016 (Main Case SLP(C) No. 15009 of 2016) arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 12th May, 2016, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to order " Issue Notice".
