Counsel for the Petitioner has filed applications for stay which has been registered as Criminal Misc. Petition Nos. 14530-14531 of 2014 and same were mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 22nd July, 2014 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"List Cr.M.P.Nos. 14530-14531 of 2014 on 25.07.2014 before an appropriate Bench."
