have heard Shri Bansal, petitioner 1. $\mathsf{We}$ Gaurav Kumar appearing in person, Shri R. Basant, learned Senior Advocate, appearing on behalf of the State of Andhra Pradesh and Ms. Aishwarya Bhati, learned ASG, appearing on behalf of the Union of India.

$\mathbf{2}$ . Insofar as the four persons named in the additional affidavit is concerned, Shri R. Basant, learned Senior Advocate, has stated at the Bar that all four are already paid the amount of compensation by now.

Insofar as the amount of Rs. 1100 Crores transferred by $3.$ $of$ Andhra Pradesh from the the State State Disaster Relief/Response Fund (SDRF) to Personal Deposit (PD) Account is concerned, Shri R. Basant, learned Senior Advocate, pearing on behalf of the State of Andhra Pradesh has stated $\alpha$ $\alpha$ $\alpha$ $\alpha$ $\tilde{\mathbf{a}}\bar{\mathbf{t}}$ the Bar that the said amount which has been transferred from SDRF to PD Account shall be re-transferred to the SDRF

within a period of two weeks from today. The State of Andhra Pradesh is directed to act accordingly. After such transfer, the said amount be dealt with and utilized in accordance with the provisions of the Disaster Management Act and the purpose for which the said amount is to be utilized maybe for payment of compensation to the Covid-19 victims.

Now insofar as the grievance voiced by Shri Gaurav Kumar Bansal, petitioner in person that some persons are still not paid the amount of compensation by the State of Andhra Pradesh is concerned, we observe that, if anybody has any grievance either with respect to non-payment of compensation and/or rejection of their claim, they may approach the concerned Grievance Redressal Committee. As and when the concerned Claimant approaches the Grievance Redressal Committee, the concerned Grievance Redressal Committee in the respective States to take an appropriate decision at the earliest and within a period of four weeks from the date of submission of such grievance/application.

In view of the above, We close the present proceedings by directing all the States to see that the compensation payable under our earlier judgment and order be paid to the eligible candidates without wasting any time and, as observed hereinabove, if any Claimant has any grievance either on nonpayment of the amount of compensation though eligible and/or

rejection of their claim, they may approach the concerned Grievance Redressal Committee and the concerned Grievance Redressal Committee of the concerned States are directed to act as observed hereinabove.

6. With this, the present Miscellaneous Application stands disposed of. All pending applications, including Impleadment(s) also stand disposed of.
