Issue notice.
Heard Mr. Parag P. Tripathi, learned senior counsel along with Mr. Abhimanyu Bhandari, learned counsel who has entered appearance on behalf of the respondents. No further notice need be issued.
However, ordinarily we would have stayed the order passed by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal

Commission, regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, we are not passing any order of stay but direct that respondent no.1 shall deposit a sum of Rs.80,00,000/- (Rupees eighty lakhs only) for the present within four weeks' hence. The said amount shall be withdrawn by the petitioner without furnishing any security.
The present order is passed in the special circumstances of this case.
Let the matter be listed in the third week of January, 2017.
