Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

Since, this Court is already considering the very same issue in SLP(C) No. 8442 of 2021 connected with Writ Petition (C) No.262 of 2022, we see no reason to entertain these Writ Petitions and multiply the proceedings. the petitioners herein also is to be protected, the petitioners are granted liberty to file intervention applications in the said proceedings. Registry shall permit the learned counsel for the petitioners to file applications and convert the said Writ Petitions into I.As for intervention in the said proceedings.
