"C.A. No. 974/2013

Ld. Counsel for the appellant shall within a period of two weeks, as last chance file the spare copies for reference of the High Court.

C.A. No. 8441/2014

Four weeks time, as last chance is given to Ms. Anitha Shenoy and Mr. V.N. Raghupath, learned counsel to comply with the terms of the order dated 28.7.2016.

C.A. No. 8442/2014

Await certificate of service of respondent No.12 from the concerned court.

The office report indicates that the learned counsel for the appellant has filed an application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. of the deceased respondent Nos. 11 and 13 which is defective. The learned counsel shall within a period of three weeks rectify the defects whatever have been found in the said application.

List again on 20.10.2016."

It is submitted that counsel for the appellant has not filed copy of petition of appeal for the record of High Court.

CA No. 8441/2014

It is submitted that neither Ms. Anitha Shenoy, Advocate nor Mr. V.N.Raghupathy,

Advocate has not clarified regarding the Respondent Nos. in the vakalatnama filed by them on behalf of the State of Karnataka, so far.

CA No. 8442/2014

It is submitted that counsel for the appellant has filed an application for substitution of deceased Respondent No. 11 & 13 but Counsel has not cured the above said defects despite this Registry's letter dated 5.8.2016.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the appellant has also filed fresh address of respondent No. 12 and the notice has been forwarded to High Court for service upon Respondent No. 12 at the fresh address. Service of notice is awaited.

The appeals above mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
