Despite due service on respondent nos.2 to 4 and 6, there is no appearance.

However, Ms. Swati Ghildiyal, Ld. AOR seeks for time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent nos.2 to 4. Four weeks time, is granted for the said purpose.

Four weeks time, is granted to respondent nos.1 and 5 to file counter affidavit.

Two weeks time, is granted to Ld. counsel for petitioner, to take fresh steps to issue notice to respondent nos.7 to 16.
