For Respondent(s)

UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

On 15.10.2020, we had passed an order calling for a report from the Registrar General of the Patna High Court which has been submitted and perused by us which attributes the delay in uploading the order to an office mistake.

On the Court query, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that even if the period of delay in uploading is taken into consideration the remaining delay would be somewhere in the range of 9 to 10 months. Digitally signed by ASHA SUNDRIYAL Date: 2020.10.28 19:39:04 IST Reason: Signature Not Verified

We have even examined the matter on merits and it is a lone case having no larger ramification.

In view of the aforesaid, we dismissed the SLP on the ground of delay.
