**The present Transfer Petition has been filed under Section 25 of the Civil Procedure Code 1908 seeking transfer of divorce case being MAT SUIT No.76 of 2022 titled as "**Arindam Banerjee vs. Shilpi Banerjee" pending in the Court of learned District Judge, Barasat District, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal, to the court of competent jurisdiction at Hazaribagh, Jharkhand.
Having heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respective parties and considering the averments in the Petition, a case is made out to transfer the aforesaid case from the Court of learned District Judge, Barasat District, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal, to the court of competent jurisdiction at Hazaribagh, Jharkhand. Now, the Court of learned District Judge, Barasat District, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal, is directed to transfer/transmit the record and proceedings of the aforesaid case to the District Judge, Hazaribagh, Jharkhand who shall assign the same to the competent court at Hazaribagh, Jharkhand.
In view of the above, the present Transfer Petition stands allowed.
