affidavit. The office report proceeds to state that the learned counsel for the respondent nos. 3 and 4 has filed the counter affidavit, which is defective. The learned counsel shall within a period of four weeks rectify the defects whatever have been found in the said counter affidavit. The learned counsel for the respondent no.5 has failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the Rules.

The office report indicates that the learned Counsel for the respondent no. 2 has already filed the counter affidavit. The office report proceeds to state that the learned counsel for the respondent nos. 3 and 4 has already filed the counter affidavit, which is defective. The learned counsel shall within a period of four weeks rectify the defects whatever have been found in the said counter affidavit. The learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 and 5 shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks.
