1. It is stated by Mr. Kapil Sibal, learned Senior counsel appearing for the

respondents-contemnors states that compliance of the order dated 22nd

September, 2023 has been made and payments have been released in favour of the petitioners.

• 2. Mr. Siddharth Dave, learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there has been minor delay on the part of the respondents-contemnors in releasing the payments on time.
• 3. List on 19th February, 2024 for making further compliances. In case, compliances are made by the respondents-contemnors in terms of the order passed by this Court on 22nd September, 2023, the respondents-contemnors No.1 and 2 shall be exempted from appearing on the next date of hearing.
