UPON hearing the counsel the court made the following O R D E R
- Mr. Siddharth Dave, learned Senior counsel appearing for the
petitioners states that there has been a delay of 41 days and 11 days respectively in making payment for the months of June, 2024 and July, 2024 by the other side.

Mr. Kapil Sibal, learned Senior counsel appearing for the respondents/alleged contemnors concedes that there has been some delay but states that best efforts have been made to pay the amount on monthly basis and assures the Court that further payments shall be made in a timely manner.
