petition on the ground of delay but learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that in the relied upon Order notice has been issued in SLP (C) No.8300/2021.

In view of the aforesaid, we are inclined to condone the delay subject to costs of Rs.10,000/- to be deposited with the Supreme Court Bar Association to be utilized for library fund within four weeks.

In the meantime, enforcement of impugned order shall remain stayed.
