The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 19th September 2014 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:"

"Issue notice on the Civil appeals and so also on the interlocutory applications for stay, returnable in four weeks. Dasti, in addition to the ordinary process, is also permitted."

The matters above mentioned were again listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 31st October 2014 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:"

"Service is complete.

Office to list the matter before the Hon'ble Court, as per Hon'ble Court's order dated 19.9.2014. Service is complete in all the matters. The learned Advocate, Mr. Sri Harsha Peechara, appearing on behalf of Mr. L.R. Singh, Advocate-on-Record states that vakalatnama on behalf of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in both the matters will be filed during the course of the day. The learned Advocate-on-Record, Mr. Arjun Krishnan states that vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No.4 in both the matters will be filed during the course of the day. Registry to list the matters, as per Hon'ble Court's order dated 19.9.2014."

It is submitted that notice was issued on to all the respondents in both the appeals through registered A.D as well as through Dasti Service. Mr. Subramonium Prasad, advocate has on 16.10.2014 entered appearance on behalf of common respondent no.1 in both the matters.

He has on 21.01.15 filed counter affidavit in the appeal as well as in application for stay in both the matters but the same is defective as the copy is not served to the counsel of other respondents.

It is further submitted that Mr. L.R. singh, advocate has on 03.11.14 entered apperance on behalf of respondent no. 2 in Appeal no. 8464,8465,8387 and 8388 of 2014 and has also filed counter affidavit and reply. (Copies are placed with paper books) Mr. Arjun Krishnan, Advocate has on 01.11.14 entered appearance on behalf of Appeal no. 8466 and 8389 of 2014 and has also filed counter affidavit in both the appeals. (Copies are placed with paper books).

It is further submitted that Mr. Pukhramban Ramesh Kumar, advocate has on 28.10.2014 filed Affidavit of service in both the matters stating that notice is served on respondent no. 1 and 2 in all the appeals 8464-66 and 8387-89 of 2014. Respondent no. 3 in 8464-66 of 2014 is appellant in Appeal no. 8387-89 of 2014 and respondent no. 3 in Appeal no. 8387-89 of 2014 is appellant in Appeal no. 8464-66 of 2014.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
