"Counter affidavit file don behalf of the respondent No. 1 is already on record. The learned counsel for the appellant to take fresh steps by providing fresh particulars in respect of respondent Nos. 7,12,28,29,35,36,41,53 and 56 within a period of four weeks as last opportunity.
Despite service in respect of respondent Nos. 6,8,13,14,16,17,19,25,31,37,39,42,43 and 54 no one has put in appearance. Registry to issue reminder for certificate of service in respect of respondent Nos. 2,5,9-12,15,18,20-24,26,27,30,32-34,38,40,43,52 and 55.
Post the matter again on 23.9.2015."
