UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Prayers made in I.A.Nos.2 & 3 is granted.
Shri Doabia, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners states that there is evey possibility of the lis being settled between the parties amicably. Therefore, he requests us to issue notice to the respondents. Hence, we are issuing notice, returanble after four weeks.
The petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- before this Court towards the cost of the litigation. When the respondents enter their appearance, the Registry is directed to release the aforesaid amount to the respondents or their learned Signature Not Verified
