The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court (In Chamber) on 06.05.2015 with office report on default dated 11.03.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

" Two weeks' time is granted to learned counsel for the petitioners to do the needful as pointed out by the Registry in office report dated 20th March, 2015."

It is submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not filed an application for Withdrawal of SLP so far. Two weeks time granted by the Hon'ble Court has expired on 20.05.2015.

It is also submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs. 20,000/ before this Court on 25.07.2014 in terms of Hon'ble Court's order dated 21.07.2014 towards the cost of litigation and the Hon'ble Court directed the Registry to release the amount to the respondents or their Counsel. All the respondents are still unserved in the matter. The said amount is lying in noninterest bearing account.

The Office Report on default is listed before the Hon'ble Court (In Chambers) for orders.
