It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Ms. Kiran Bhardwaj, Advocate on 15.03.2014 against the Judgment and Order dated 20.12.2013 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RSA No. 2106 of 1994.

It is submitted that initially SLP filed against the order dated 20.12.2013 was within time but there was a delay of 2 days in refiling the SLP. Counsel has filed an application for condonation of delay in refiling the SLP and the same has been condoned by Additional Registrar I-B on 06.05.2014.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) No. 5824 of 2010 arising out of CC No. 574 of 2010 Entitled Punjab Singh & Ors. Versus Narinder Singh (D)Thr.LRs.& Ors. filed between the cross parties was dismissed on 11.02.2010 by Hon'ble Mr. Justice B. Sudershan Reddy and Hon'ble Mr. Justice Surinder Singh Nijjar (Copy of order dated 11.02.2010 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not furnished copies of judgment and decree dated 22.07.1970 and order dated 20.07.1987 and order dated 07.05.1968 by Ld. Additional District Judge, Faridkot. In this regard counsel has given a letter dated 17.04.2014 stating therein that same are not necessary to adjudicate the Special Leave Petition and counsel has requested to register and list the matter at his own risk.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
