spare copy for issuance of notice to the respondent Nos. 1 to 10 in SLP(C) 8214/2015 and Respondent Nos. 1 to 46 in SLP(C) No. 7630/2015. Two weeks time is granted to furnish the spare copy and upon receiving the same the Registry shall issue the process forthwith.
For Union of India notice is dispensed with since Mr. R.K. Verma, Ld. Counsel has appeared on behalf of Ms. Sushma Suri,Advocate undertakes to file the vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of Union of India within a period of four weeks. Counter affidavit, if any be filed within a period of four weeks thereafter. In the meantime, the Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to provide the complete set of pleadings to the learned counsel for the Union of India within a weeks' time and file proof. The Union of India shall file the Counter Affidavit within a period of four weeks, thereafter.
