The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 28.10.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Issue notice on the application for impleadment. In view of letter circulated by learned counsel for the petitioners, four weeks' time is granted to file rejoinder affidavit. List thereafter."

It is submitted that pursuant to aforesaid order, show cause notice in I.A. No. 3 (Impleadment) in SLP (C) No. 7630/2015 was issued to counsel for the parties on 22/11/2016 but no one has filed reply to the said application so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioners has on 04.01.2017 filed rejoinder affidavit in SLP (C) No. 2296/2015 after serving it on other side with the permission of Hon'ble Court and the same is being circulated herewith.

Service is already complete.

The matters alongwith applications above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
