SLP(C) CC No. 4147/2015:-

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 24.12.2014 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in Writ Petition(C) No. 1989 of 2014 alongwith applications for permission to file SLP.

It is further submitted that SLP(C) No. 2296/2015 arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 30.01.2015, when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice. Copy of order dated 30.01.2015 is marked as Annexure P-19 at page Nos. 276-277 of SLP paper books.

It is further submttted that counsel for the petitioners was required to file G.O./annexures dated 13.12.2010, 7.12.2009 and 14.7.2010 as mentioned in the impugned order. In this regard, he has filed a letter dated 16.2.2015 and the same has been placed at page No. 283 of SLP paper books.

SLP(C) No. 7630/2015:-

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment

and Order dated 24.12.2014 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in Writ Petition(C) No. 2001 of 2014.

It is further submitted that as per para 1A of SLP, no LPA or writ appeal lies against the impugned judgment and final order. It is further submitted that petitioner No.7 of the writ petition since being deceased has not been made a party in the present petition. The subject matter writ petition was filed against termination of the services of the petitioner therein and there is no issue and monitory benefit at this stage, therefore, legal-heirs of petitioner No.7 of the writ petition (since deceased) are not required to be made party in the present petition. Order dated 09.03.2014 has been wrongly mention in impugned order. However, correct order is order dated 19.03.2014.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file copy of orders dated 07.12.2009 in O.A. No.1194/2009, order dated 03.02.2010 in O.A. No.377/2010 and copies of Order dated 14.07.2010, 21.05.2012, 23.05.2014, 09.03.2014 and 23.05.2014. In this regard he has given a letter dated 26.01.2015 and the same has been placed at page Nos. 412-413 of SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that these matters have been tagged together as both are arising out of common order.

The applications in CC No. 4147/2015 and SLP(C) No. 7630/2015 above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
