It is submitted for that names of respondent Nos. 7 to 9 have deleted from array of parties vide Hon'ble Judge in Chambers Order dated 08.07.2016 passed in I.A. No. 6 and cause title has been amended accordingly. Counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 4 has already filed counter affidavit. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 5, 6 & 10 though served with notice.
