It is submitted that Ms. Sushma Suri, Advocate has already filed counter Affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 4. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 5, 6 & 10 though served with notice. Counsel for petitioner has not taken fresh steps to serve Respondent Nos. 7-9 so far.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 7-9.
