Vide order dated 12.05.2015, Ld.counsel for the petitioner was directed to comply with the terms of the office report but the same has not been complied with.

Four weeks time as last chance is given to the Ld.counsel for the petitioner to comply with the terms of the order dated 12.05.2015 of this Court, whereafter no further extension shall be given.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner in SLP(C) No.7630/15 to file an appropriate application for deletion of proforma respondents from the array of parties, if so advised, since the parties are vise-versa and there is no need of service on those unserved respondents.

It is submitted that counsel for petitioner has on 27.08.2015 filed separate applications for deletion of name of Proforma Respondent Nos. 5 to 46 in SLP (C) No. 7630/2015, Respondent Nos. 5 to 54 in SLP (C) No. 11954/2015 and Respondent Nos. 5 to 18 in SLP (C) No. 11346/2015. Application have been registered an noted for listing before Hon'ble Judge in Chambers.

SLP (C) NO. 8214/2015

It is submitted that counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1, 2 & 4 has filed Counter Affidavit. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 5 & 10 though served with notice. Neither AD card nor unserved cover containing notice to Respondent Nos. 3 & 6-9 have been received.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 3 6 to 9.
