The matter above mentioned was listed before Hon'ble Court on 20.04.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Issue fresh notice on the Special Leave Petition returnable in two weeks.

In the meantime, if the Petitioners have not been removed from service and are working, no order of removal be passed pursuant to the Order dated 24th December, 2014 passed by the High Court of Delhi in W.P. (C) No. 2001 of 2014. List the matter alongwith SLP (C) No. 11346 of 2015."

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed only 4 sets of spare copies whereas there are 46 Respondents in the matter, hence notice could not be issued. Forty Two more sets of spare copy of SLP are required for issuance of notice.

The matter above mentioned was listed before Hon'ble Court on 20.04.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Issue fresh notice on the Special Leave Petition returnable in two weeks.

In the meantime, if the Petitioners have not been removed from service and are working, no order of removal be passed pursuant to the Order dated 24th December, 2014 passed by the High Court of Delhi in W.P.(C) No. 2001 of 2014."

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed only 4 sets of spare copies in both the matters whereas there are 18 Respondents in SLP (C) No. 11346/2015 and 54 Respondents in SLP (C) No. 11954/2015. Hence notice could not be issued. Fourteen more sets of spare copies of SLP are required in SLP (C) NO. 11346/2015 and Fifty more spare copies of SLP in SLP (C) NO. 11954/2015 for issuance of notice.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner in SLP (C) No. 11346/2015 filed a letter(F/A) stating therein that respondent nos. 1 to 4 are contesting respondents in all the matters and remaining respondents are proforma respondents. Hence notice may be issued to contesting respondents only and requesting for dispensation of providing the spare copies of Paper Books qua proforma respondents.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with the office report.
