SLP(C) Nos. 7630 and 8214/2015

The learned counsel for the petitioners has not yet filed the spare copy for issuance of notice to the respondent Nos. 1 to 10 in SLP(C) 8214/2015 and Respondent Nos. 1 to 46 in SLP(C) No. 7630/2015. Two weeks time is granted to furnish the spare copy and upon receiving the same the Registry shall issue the process forthwith.

For Union of India notice is dispensed with since Mr. R.K. Verma, Ld. Counsel has appeared on behalf of Ms. Sushma Suri,Advocate undertakes to file the vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of Union of India within a period of four weeks. Counter affidavit, if any be filed within a period of four weeks thereafter. In the meantime, the Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to provide the complete set of pleadings to the learned counsel for the Union of India within a weeks' time and file proof. The Union of India shall file the Counter Affidavit within a period of four weeks, thereafter.

Await the return of the service of notice in respect of rest of the respondents.

Post the matter again on 27.7.2015."

SLP (C) NO. 2296/2015

It is submitted that there are 5 respondents. Counsel for the petitioner has on 01.04.2015 filed affidavit with proof of Dasti service duly served on Respondent Nos. 1 to 5. Mrs. Sushma Suri, Advocate has on 01.05.2015 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3, but has not filed Counter Affidavit so far. None has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 4 & 5 though served with Dasti notice.

Service is not complete.

SLP (C) NOS. 8214/2015

It is submitted that pursuant to aforesaid order counsel for the petitioner has on 30.03.2015 filed spare copies of SlP and accordingly show cause notice to all 10 respondents was issued on 11.04.2015 by registered AD. Ms. Sushma Suri, Advocate has on 01.05.2015 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1, 2 & 4 but she has not filed Counter Affidavit so far. AD card, duly signed by Respondent Nos. 5 & 10 have been received but no one has entered appearance so far. Neither AD card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received from Respondent Nos. 3, 6 to 9 so far.

Service is not complete.

The matter i.e. SLP (C) Nos. 7630, 11954, 11346 of 2015 were listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 12.05.2015, when the following order was passed:-

"In each of the matters numbered above, Ld. counsel for the petitioners shall comply with the terms of the office report within a period of four weeks, whereafter no further extension shall be given. List again on 31.08.2015."

SLP (C) NO. 7630/2015

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed complete set (i.e. 42 copies) of spare copies of SLP Paper Books hence show cause notice to all the respondent could not be issued.

SLP (C) Nos. 11346 AND 11954/2015

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed only 4 sets of spare copies in both the matters whereas there are 18 respondents in SLP (C) No. 11346/2015 and 54 Respondents in SLP (C) No. 11954/2015. Hence notice could not be issued. Fourteen more sets of spare copies of SLP are

required in SLP (C) No. 11346/2015 and Fifty more spare copies of SLP in SLP (C) No. 11954/2015 for issuance of notice.

Service is not complete in both matters.9999
