The ld. Advocate, Mr D Bharat Kumar appearing on behalf of Mr Abhijit Sengupta, Advocate-on-record accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 6 and seeks time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit. Petitioner has to provide additional copies of pleadings against proper acknowledgment which is to be filed on record to avoid issuance of further notices.

The ld. Advocate for the petitioner wants to delete unserved respondent No.7 being proforma respondent and states that they will be in a position to file an application for the purpose within a week. List before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers after one week for adjudication of such application or for non-prosecution against respondent no.7, if application is not filed.

Served respondents may file counter affidavit before 29.10.2012.
