The Special Leave Petition above mentioned has been filed against the final Judgment and Order passed by the High Court of Karnataka, Kalaburagi Bench, Kalaburagi Bench in RP No. 200002/2015 dated 16.12.2015 and the order and judgment of the Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka, Gulbarga bench in WP No. 203221 of 2014 dated 02.09.2014.

It is submitted that there is a delay of 469 days in Special Leave Petition filed against Order dated 02.09.2014 in W.P. No.203221/2014 and counsel has filed an application for condonation of delay to condone the delay of 469 days respectively.

It is further submitted that the Special Leave Petition (C) Nos. 32796-32817 of 2014 arising out of same judgment was dismissed as withdrawn by this Hon'ble Court on 08.12.2014 (Marked as Annexure P-18) at page Nos. 238-239 of SLP paper books.

It is lastly submitted that Special Leave Petition (C) Nos. 2931-2951 of 2015 arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 02.02.2015 when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice and the same is still pending before the Hon'ble Court (copy of order dated 02.02.2015 enclosed).

The Special Leave Petitions above mentioned have been filed against the final Judgment and Order dated 16.12.2015 and 2.9.2014 passed by the High Court of Karnataka, Kalaburagi Bench, Kalaburagi Bench in RP No. 200002/2015 and WP No. 203112 of 2014 and WP No. 203289-203309 of 2014.

It is submitted that there is a delay of 469 days in Special Leave Petition filed against Order dated 02.09.2014 and counsel has filed an application for condonation of delay to condone the delay of 469 days respectively.

It is further submitted that the instant matter are tagged with SLP(C) CC No. 6464 of 2016 and both are arising out of same judgment.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
