Thereafter, the matters above mentioned were again listed before the Hon'ble Court on 10.05.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order :

SLP(C) Nos. 13396-13397 OF 2016

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 04.05.2016 filed spare copies of SLP to issue notice to all the 24 respondents. Therefore, notice was issued to all the 24 respondents on 06.05.2016 through Regd. A.D. post and Dasti in addition to the Counsel for the Petitioner on 05.05.2016 for effecting service on all the 24 Respondents. Counsel for the petitioner has not filed affidavit with proof of service of dasti notice upon all the 24 respondents so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 09.05.2016 filed proof of service of SLP copy served on Mr. S.N. Bhat, Advocate.

Service of notice is awaited on all the respondents.

SLP(C) Nos. 13398-13420 OF 2016

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 03.05.2016 filed spare copies of SLP to issue notice to all the 4 respondents. Therefore, notice was issued to all the 4 respondents on 04.05.2016 through speed post and Dasti in addition to the Counsel for the Petitioner for effecting service on all the 4 Respondents. As per India post tracking report, notice has been delivered to Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 and notice on Respondent Nos. 1 & 4 has not delivered so far. Mr. S.N. Bhat, Advocate has on 09.05.2016 filed vakalatnama/memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 2 but has not filed counter affidavit. Counsel for the petitioner has on 09.05.2016 filed affidavit with proof of service of dasti notice in respect of respondent Nos. 1-3. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 & 3.

Service of notice is complete on Respondent Nos. 1-3.

It is further submitted that Respondent Nos. 4 to 24 in SLP(C) Nos. 13396- 13397 of 2016 are petitioners in SLP(C) Nos. 13398-13420/16.(Main matter)

The matters above mentioned are, therefore, listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
