UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Four week's time, as a last chance, is given to respondent Nos.4 & 5 to file counter affidavit.

Respondent No.1 is granted four weeks' time, to file counter affidavit.

As per office report, service is complete qua respondent No.6 nature Not Verified no one has entered appearance on his behalf. However, Ms.Kashvi Date: 2019<br>12008Dutta, Ld.counsel undertakes to appear for the above respondent.

She seeks and is given four week's time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit.

Four week's time, as a last chance, is given to the Ld.counsel for the petitioner to comply with the terms of the order dated 08.02.2019 of this Court for effecting service upon respondent Nos.2,3 & 7.

Four week's time, as a last chance, is given to respondent No.2 to file counter affidavit.

Ld.counsel for the respondent No.7 submits that the copies of the pleadings have not been provided to her by the petitioner. Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall provide the copies of the pleadings to the above Ld.counsel within a week's time and file proof. Ld.counsel for the above respondent shall file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks thereafter as a last chance.

Respondent No.1 is granted four weeks' time, to file counter affidavit.
