There is a delay of 413, 403 and 399 days respectively in filing of these special leave petitions.
Prima facie, we find that there is a legal issue involved in these special leave petitions and therefore we are inclined to issue notice to the respondents.
Issue notice subject to the petitioners paying a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rs.Twenty five thousand) each to the respondents by way of cost.
Let the cost be paid to the respondents and compliance report be submitted in this court by the next date of hearing.
Subject to payment of costs of Rs.25,000/- each to the respondents as directed by this court, operation of the impugned order(s) shall remain stayed until further orders.
